Growth and Fleet plans are priced on request because the right fit depends on your fleet size, number of locations and the capabilities you need. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most operators, we quote the plan that actually fits after a short conversation.

How the plans compare

The free Starter tier suits solo operators and startups moving off spreadsheets. Growth adds multi-location organisation, deposits, agreements and pricing rules, utilisation and export reporting, and roles and access control for teams. Fleet is for larger and multi-branch operators, with more fleet capacity, priority onboarding, integration guidance for payments and accounting, and early access to roadmap items as they are built.

A note on the roadmap: capabilities marked planned, integration or future — including live GPS tracking, geofencing, interactive dashboards, a public API and native apps — are not billed as live features on any plan. What does the free Starter tier actually include?
The free Starter tier covers vehicle listings and categories, booking and reservation records, availability tracking, customer and renter records, and basic booking and revenue reports. It is a genuine working system for small operators, not a locked trial. The free-car-rental-software page describes exactly what is and is not included.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Growth and Fleet plans are priced on request rather than a fixed public number, because the right plan depends on fleet size, number of locations and the capabilities you need. Contact us or request a demo and we will quote the plan that fits, with no obligation.
Are roadmap features billed as if they were live?
No. Planned capabilities — such as live GPS tracking, geofencing, interactive analytics dashboards, a public API and native apps — are clearly labelled as roadmap and are not billed as live features. You pay for what works today; roadmap access on the Fleet plan means early involvement, not a promise that a planned feature is already running.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are arranged directly with our team when you choose to upgrade. There is no surprise charge on the free tier: it stays free. When you move to a paid plan, the terms and billing cadence are agreed up front before anything is charged.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Many operators begin on the free Starter tier to replace spreadsheets, then move to Growth or Fleet as they add vehicles, locations or staff. You are never forced onto a paid plan to keep using the core booking and record-keeping features you started with.
Does a plan include payment processing?
The platform records pricing, deposits and rental charges on every plan. Actual card or UPI payment processing is delivered through a third-party payment-gateway integration rather than a built-in processor, so gateway fees are set by that provider, not by us.
